Table Import
Which files are supported for table import?
LedgerQ is designed for Excel xlsx workbook imports used in Word reporting workflows.
My table import failed. What should I do?
Re-run import by verifying the sheet name, cell range and ensure that you've selected the right Excel file.
Can I refresh imported tables later?
Yes. Use the refresh action for previously imported tables to pull updated source values.
Custom Table
How is Custom Table different from Table Import?
Table Import copies an Excel range as-is. Custom Table lets you define your own categories and value columns to build a pivot-style table from a range, and reuse that structure later via a saved template.
Do templates store the source Excel file?
No. Templates only store the value columns, categories and sort options. You still choose the source file, sheet and range each time you use a template.
Annotations
Can Annotations update both text and tables?
Yes. Annotation will update both paragraphs and tables as per auditor comments.
Does Annotations respect the same formatting standards as Table import feature?
Annotations respect the same formating standards as Table Import feature for numerical values and dates.
